Positive Attitude

      Positive attitude is one of the emotional intelligence equation what we are necessity. Someone who has positive attitude easy be accepted by others, so we can easily make a relationship with others. Everybody will be cheerful to has connection with positive attitude person. 
Now, how to get positive attitude or how to erase negative attitude in our self?
  • Smile
I dare to say that smile can relieve bad situation and create positive attitude in ourself. We should smile every day and relieve moody in our daily activity. Somebody who often moody will be difficult to be accepted in relationship. So, we should to make effort keep smile to face a problem. As long as we live, we certainly have a problem and depend on us how to resolve the problem by smile or by moody that can effect to our circumstance indeed.
  • Food
I bold to say that food able to influence our attitude because I already proved. When I usually eat healthy food and erase junk food in my daily activity, I feel able to accomplish res calmly and I feel far from stress. If we have accomplished our problem calmly, we also maintain our positive attitude in daily activity indeed.
  • Tidy
When we take care of tidy in our routine, we will be looked well-organized and indirectly we able to raise up positive attitude. The neat people won't easy stress because everything is regular.
  • Positive thinking
This is could be a fundamental thing to gain positive attitude. Positive attitude is borned from positive thinking. Because a person is what he thinks.
