I thought willingness to learn is necessary in our career. If we compare what we learn in the college a little different than what we face in workplace. In the college, what we learn is not too applicable. So, many people must learn again when face world career. In the college, we don't learn soft skill so much in campus, meanwhile soft skill is fundamental thing in the world career. So, we should learn not only in the college but also learn in the informal place too. Soft skill can we get in the informal place indeed.
How to foster the willingness of learn?
- Aware that is important what we learn
If we aware we need something, we will be gain willingness to learn instantly. We able to learn easily without stress off course. We relish step by step what we learn. It's very fun indeed.
- Aware that learning make us tobe innovative person
Innovative can't we get instantly, but we must learn to get inspiration and we able to achieve our dream.
- Don't ever be satisfied to keep learning
If we satisfied, we will be stop to learn. We will not go forward because as we know science and technology continue to evolve.
