Self-Awareness

      Self awareness is comprehend about strengths and weaknesses that we possess. If we comprehend ourself so much, we able to controll ourself well. Self-awareness will be beneficial in our daily activity, career, friendship and so forth. We able to increase our strengths and erase our weaknesses, at least able to relieve our weaknesses. 
How tobe self-awareness?
  • Consult with expert
Usually an expert in psychologist science has a consultation service but off course we have to pay for that. But if we wanna free charge, we also able to find in the internet. There are many consultation of psychologist to know our strengths  and our weaknesses too there.
  • Ask others directly
Maybe it is listened too extreme but I think effective too. We will be shocked about judments of others about us, but this is will be give many impact to ourself. To get honest answer from other, we able ask others to write in a paper without name. Maybe somebody feeling unwell to give honest answer about our weaknesses.
  • Meditation
Any body has proven that meditation able to make him self-awareness. Meditation able to do everyday in the same time and same place to get it's impact. 
  •  Accept constructive criticism
Constructive criticism will make us to be a better person. We also able to aware about our virtue and badness too.
